From the product details page, click on the color button to view the product shots then click “Add to Cart” to have it stored to your shopping bag.

Please note: out-of-stock items will be shown as “out of stock” and a "notify me" box will appear beside the page to notify you (if you enter your email in the box) once the product is in stock again.


  • Check your stored items in your shopping bag by clicking on the basket item button located at the top right hand corner. From your shopping bag, you can:
    •  Remove an item from your bag. Click “X” to remove an item, your page will refresh with the item removed, if you will to Undo, you can do so by clicking on "UNDO" link, which immediately appears after removing an item, suggesting you to restore the item in your bag.
    • Adjust quantities. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity box or click on the scroll up and down buttons for change, then click "UPDATE CARD".
  •  The items saved in your shopping bag will remain there for 60 days unless you clear your cookies, complete your purchase, remove the item(s), or the item(s) is no longer available.
    • in case the item become no longer available, a message will be shown to you at the top of your shopping bag to inform you the product is out of stock now.
  • When you are ready to purchase the item(s) in your bag, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. If you do not already have an account with us, by entering your information an account will be created. If you don't want to shop but want a HITO account, you will need to enter a valid email address and password. Your email address will serve as your account identification, as well as a convenient way to receive important information about your order and new arrivals. Your password will ensure that only you have access to your account information.


Checkout involves 3 simple steps: Shipping, Payment and Confirm Order.

Step 1: On the Shipping and Billing screen, you will enter your billing address. Your shipping and billing address will be considered the same. Pickup Receiving date and time at the time you are available at the location of your billing address, so you can check your product at the time you received it, because after leaving our delivery man there would be so difficult for us to make any return.

Step 2: On the Shipping and Billing screen, you will see the shipping and billing information, details of your purchase and the total amount you have to pay. Click “Back” if you wish to edit any of the above information.

Step 3: You will be taken to the Payment Screen once you click on "BUY", An order confirmation letter with your purchase detail will be sent to you by email. Please check spam mailbox if necessary and check "not spam" button to receive emails sending from us from now on in your inbox, Contact us at if there are any further inquiries. You can choose one of ZARINPAL's options for payment on the next screen.

Please note: Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modification to the order, including cancellation.


To check your order status:

  1. Log in to your account using top left hand corner icon.
  2. Click “Orders” located at the list in your account page.
  3. From here, you can view order details, check your order status.
  4. Find your tracking numbers, and arrange for further interaction with us if necessary.
  5. If you haven't completed your purchase, the order will appear in your history and you can make purchase in 2 days after that.
